Yes, completely. You own the code, the content, and all the accounts. Nothing is locked to me, and you're free to take it elsewhere anytime.
You register and own your domain yourself, in your own account, so it stays fully yours and under your control. I'll recommend a registrar and help you set it up if you'd like, then handle the technical side of connecting it to your site. Hosting works the same way: set up under your account and paid directly by you, and simple sites can often be hosted for free.
Small changes and content updates (swapping text or photos) and basic upkeep, up to a set amount each month, billed monthly or yearly. It does not include new pages, new features, or new integrations, which are quoted separately as new work. The Advanced tier includes a required care plan, because I manage its backend (security updates, backups, and uptime). Prefer to edit content yourself? I can set that up as an optional extra.
